What this call is

Fifteen minutes on the phone with Dr. Bracciano. He'll walk you through the evaluation: one video visit, a clinical interview, standardized questionnaires and cognitive testing done at home beforehand, with your answer the same day. Ask about cost, timing, what happens if it isn't ADHD or anything else about how the practice works.

What it isn't

It isn't a medical visit, and it doesn't make you a patient of the practice. Diagnosis, medical advice about your situation and any medication decision happen only in the evaluation itself, never on the phone. Nothing from this call goes into a medical record.

Good to know

The evaluation is for adults 18 and over who will be in Wisconsin on the day of the visit. We don't bill insurance; a superbill is available on request. Booking a call doesn't reserve an evaluation appointment; the evaluation is booked separately.
