Your intake paperwork and cognitive testing arrive by email. Finish both before your visit.

The visit
Your results, your report and a clear answer the same day. If ADHD is confirmed we build your treatment plan on the spot.
The evaluation is $695. Ongoing care, if you continue with us, is a separate $219 per month membership. HSA and FSA accepted.
